Submitting Artistic Proposals For Planning - I have volunteered my services for charitable projects where, having won the support for my concepts from the client, I have then presented the ideas, drawings and models to Local Planning Authorities. There is a real sense of satisfaction from making a stand up presentation with clearly defined objectives in front of an audience who begin to understand the value and then show support for the whole concept.
Overseeing The Project - Examples include being involved with the Tree House Gallery Project in Regents Park, The Client had chosen my concepts and we had planning approval from the Local Authority, we engaged a team of Structural Engineers to proof the designs and completed the process of quantifying materials and sourcing suppliers who were willing to provide charitable support, with the exhibition deadline set for July ‘09 we delivered on time.

Providing Design Concepts - As a student I have produced a number of design concept drawings and models to reflect both the intrinsic value of the client brief and also show how my interpretations of a client’s needs can be met. I produce a working package of concepts that resolve the pragmatic aspects of the practical requirement with the inspirational aesthetics of a complete design.
